These are out-of-pocket rates for self-paying patients without insurance. Sliding scales can be applied depending on a member’s income. We can also provide documentation such as superbills for those with out-of-network insurance benefits.

We proudly accept a wide range of insurance providers, including: Ascension (SmartHealth), Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Carelon Behavioral Health, Ambetter, Humana Military, McLaren Health Plan, straight Medicaid, Meridian, Molina, United Healthcare, and WellCare.

For those without insurance or who prefer out-of-pocket care, we accept cash and direct pay. Both telehealth and in-person appointments are fully supported.
