Whether you, your child, or a loved one are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, a major life transition, or something harder to name, she creates a safe, accessible space for it all.
Healing at Harmony Hills Wellness is comprehensive and tailored to the individual, incorporating psychotherapy, evidence-based prescription medication management when appropriate, and a deep dedication to your total mental wellness.
At Harmony Hills Wellness, we begin each client relationship with an initial intake appointment, available via telehealth or in-person. We get to know you, your unique needs, and your mental health concerns during this session. We then recommend a personalized care plan based on what we've learned together. This tailored approach may include clinical psychiatric evaluations, custom medication management, evidence-based psychotherapy, or supportive wellness strategies. We work with you one-on-one to ensure that your specific needs are being fully met. While you will be working alongside a highly dedicated psychiatric provider with years of experience, you are always in complete charge of your care. We provide you with the safe space and comprehensive services you need to take control of your mental health.
